Active Members - Update Your Mailing Address
If you have a change of address, please be sure to update your information with your employing department (Fire, Police or Harbor). Los Angeles Fire and Police Pensions (LAFPP) receives your mailing address from the information provided to the Controller’s Office by your respective departments (Fire, Police and Harbor). Use the following forms to change your address:
Fire: Form F-8 |
Police: Form 138 |
Harbor:
"Change of Employee Personal Information Form"
