Board Action on October 6, 2011 Regarding the Advice and Analyses on Vesting of Retiree Health Benefits

At its October 6, 2011 meeting, the Board of Fire and Police Pension Commissioners adopted the following motion:

"The opinion of September 8, 2011 and the two opinions of September 29, 2011 from the law firm of Olson Hagel & Fishburn, and the September 23, 2011 critique from the law firm of Meyers Nave, do not reflect the opinions of the Board of Fire and Police Pension Commissioners.  Before taking any additional action, the Board will continue to work to obtain additional information."
