As the Director of Systems, I oversee all IT systems and operations serving our members, Board, and LAFPP staff. This includes the Pension Administration System which processes the pension roll, network infrastructure and services for communication and collaboration, cybersecurity, hardware/software procurement, and business continuity/disaster recovery planning.
