Corinne Tapia Babcock has served on the LAFPP board of commissioners since 2014. She is the co-Founder and President of Cova Partners, LLC, a certified women, minority and small business enterprise. Cova provides construction and project management to primes, subcontractors, property owners, and public entities. Additionally, she is currently the Managing Broker & CEO for Grapevine Realty Corp., a real estate brokerage firm specializing in mixed-used commercial projects.

Prior to forming Cova, Corinne oversaw a privately-held, multi-million-dollar commercial real estate portfolio comprised of government, office and retail users. She has worked at the highest levels of federal government, including the United States Senate, and has been integral in Presidential conventions and administrations.

She is a graduate of Georgetown University, and holds certificates in real estate with a concentration in investments from the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of Southern California. Corinne is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California, and an avid golfer, active with the Latina Golfers Association. She currently lives in the Los Angeles neighborhood of El Sereno.
