As the Department Personnel Officer of the Department of Fire and Police Pensions, I am responsible for managing all personnel services provided to the department through the Human Resources Unit. These services include managing job recruitment, selection, and promotion; overseeing employee benefits; developing, promoting, and enforcing personnel policies; and promoting employee career development and job training. Through these services, we help ensure that the department operates efficiently now and in the future.
