When you call our LAFPP offices, we now have a phone tree to get you to the service or information you need, quickly and efficiently.

Once you select the requested service, based on your current member status (i.e., active or retired), you will immediately be directed to the appropriate section.  Our benefits staff will then provide you with personal and professional assistance to respond to your inquiry.

Other benefits of our new telephone service structure are:

  • Saving time to quickly connect you to the information you want
  • Not having to explain your need or inquiry twice
  • Ability to leave a voicemail message directly with a department section outside of regular business hours.
