LAFPP benefits include more than just a service pension at the end of your career.  In addition to service pensions, LAFPP also provides disability pensions, survivor pensions, and retiree health and dental insurance subsidies.

Upon graduation, a welcome packet was sent to you with document summaries to introduce you to LAFPP and your pension benefits.

The following are the attachments and other links you may find useful. We encourage you to take the time to fill out your Beneficiary Designation Forms and send back to us as soon as possible.

MYLAFPP

Lastly, we encourage you to sign up for MyLAFPP – your 24/7 member self-service system. Initial registration is required and a secured personal PIN was included in your Welcome Packet. MyLAFPP can provide you with information regarding your own pension information including listed beneficiaries and a print out of your retirement estimate.
